Dr. Vu is an incredible physician. From the start of the appointment til the end it’s very apparent that she is an expert in her field and in the care of people.
This was by far one of the most exemplary medical appointments I've ever had. Dr. Vu was absolutely superb! She clearly dove into my case before the visit (pre-prep), she explained my condition and its potential relationship to allergies more clearly than I thought possible, and she laid out my future diagnostic path (and potential treatment paths) in detail that was simple to understand. If my young adult came back stating, " The Doc knows what she is doing... She did not waste my time nor hers" and made a follow-up appt .... She is a five-star!
I have been seeing Dr Vu for several years now for allergies that had never been specifically diagnosed before some changes after COVID. She is exceptional in her attention to details each and every time she sees me!…! She doesn’t take anything for granted and revisits the details to be certain she is addressing all of my medical needs each time she sees me for follow up or testing. The administrative team was excellent. But the doctor did not listen to me and was dismissive of my concerns. I don’t feel I got a level of care that was satisfactory.
