I would give zero stars if I could. Buzzed in during business hours and they refuse to let me in. I had an appointment, I stood there for 10 minutes, they took one look at me and profiled me based on I’m assuming the fact that I am a tall and heavily tattooed individual. I came prepared with a healthy budget, and now I am perfectly happy to take it elsewhere. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Wouldn’t let me into building during open hours or answer the phone… literally the weirdest worst customer service I have ever seen,, kept saying no with hands??? Who does that?! Horrible business
Came there during operating hours. Closed. A customer was inside. Ok, I can wait. Called them to check. They told me that they are closed. Even though there are people inside. Then change your posted hours of operation.
