Wouldn’t let me into building during open hours or answer the phone… literally the weirdest worst customer service I have ever seen,, kept saying no with hands??? Who does that?! Horrible business
Came there during operating hours. Closed. A customer was inside. Ok, I can wait. Called them to check. They told me that they are closed. Even though there are people inside. Then change your posted hours of operation.
Really sweet lady working there! I was looking for a bracelet for my sister’s birthday and the worker there was so patient with me and made gift shopping a lot less intimidating.
