The staff at this location are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They specialize in traditional Vietnamese products and primarily speak Vietnamese, so if you don't speak Vietnamese or are looking for something outside their specialty, it is good idea to call ahead. I recommend call before you visit. I had great experience here and really appreciate their excellent customer service.
Don’t go here. Called 8 times over the span of 5 days with no answer (no voicemail). Once I finally got someone on the phone, they heard me ask about fixing the clasp on my necklace, and they just said no. No because it’s a salon?? Triple checked the number, went to the store to confirm the number, and rang the doorbell again for entrance. Nothing. Actually, as I’m sitting here in the car writing a review, they just buzzed in an older family member. Insane interaction and extremely disappointing.
Called and were by appointment only despite shop being completely empty, they weren’t even able to do simple task of removing extra links from metal watch. Poor service
