I went in for my parcel and were pleased.
In the past I have always received great treatments, but this time was horrible.
Love Dr. P. But Dr. Tran finally showed me her true colors. My first review was stellar. But I have to alter my review years after being a customer here. I will not go back my kids will never go back. Everyone in the waiting room that I told this is a great place y'all forget that. On my last appointment Dr. Tran was extremely loud and was blasting my business for the entire building to hear. I went in for a crown repair, a chipped crown and a possible extraction, which is all covered 100% by insurance. I was told I would have to pay for crown repairs. I went in thinking they would address my concerns and 3 cleanings later I found another Dentist and all work is complete and my insurance covered everything with no extractions.
My visit was very hectic and most of the work was done by Dr Tran’s assistants my dentures have been unable to use from the time I started trying to Use them.
