Bought a necklace from here 3 months ago and the clasp broke off, today I came and asked the owner if we could change it out for a different one since the clasp kept opening and then eventually fell off. Was charged another $60… for a clasp that they had originally put on the necklace and broke off. Disappointing that they don’t stand by their work and fix their jewelry when it breaks. Never buying jewelry here again.
