I am very pleased with this doctor and his staff. I have been having low back pain which radiates down to my leg, on a daily basis. I called this office on a Monday for an appointment and they got me in the very next day. The office staff members were efficient and fast. Dr. Nguyen really took the time to explain what was going on with me after a radiologist misinterpreted my MRI results. He has good bedside manner. He came up with a plan to help me.
Always has a game plan moving forward. He's always searching for a better View. I've never had a CT scan before he ordered me one and it showed much better view of what was truly going on. Pleased with all aspects of his work. Now 7 months after surgery so much of the pain is gone and gone for good!!. They are still watching my progress and monitoring the healing process in my neck. He knew exactly what was wrong when he saw my MRI (many others did not) I suffered for years. He gave me my ability to walk again. What a blessing he has been. Now 3 years later I have another issue. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He is truly talented and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients. That’s a rarity today.
Now is probably not the best time for me to be filling this out for my own reasons. However here is my review... I had surgery in February 2025, I have been paralyzed ever since. Sure everyone is very nice to me but what good does that do me?? I have had multiple surgeries with Dr Nguyen but obviously he doesn't want to go back in, there's nothing he can do about this.
