I had a wonderful experience at Ngoc's Hair Salon! I was able to call and make an appointment the same day. The salon has new owners but it is still Vietnamese-owned and operated! My fiance and I both felt like the owners were extremely kind and warm. My haircut (length cut, layers, V-cut) was efficient and very well-done!
