My whole family has been going to Dr.Phan for YEARS.... We would never go ANYWHERE else! I HIGHLY recommend this office! Jenna always goes above and beyond and truly cares for all her patients...Jan the Office Manager is also amazing and so caring! My mom was diagnosed with Colon Cancer a year ago and Dr.Phan and his office has exceeded in her care! I honestly can say that I've never had a better Dr. Office and Im truly Grateful we found them!!

I was initially reluctant to switch my insurance from BCBS to LA Care, but after finding Dr. Ngo Phan with LA Care, I’m so glad I took the leap! I was a bit hesitant because the office is older and not as fancy as some places, but the care I’ve received has been outstanding. This doctor seems to be always not in the office. He doesn't return your call. The last few days, no one has answered the phone.
