Very nice staff
We have been seeing Dr.Ngo since my son was born and he is now seven. I interviewed several highly rated pediatricians before choosing her, and I can say without hesitation that she was the best decision I made for my child’s care. Some of the other doctors I met were either rushed, dismissive, or relied heavily on PAs for most visits. From the start, Dr.Ngo stood out. Worst Customer Service! No mercy even against the provided proof and evidence that teh PCP has been changed to what they asked for still their greed is so much that they want money up front WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO FAMILIES with low wage.
My experience with the receptionists at this office was disappointing. They were rude, unorganized, and seemed uninterested in helping patients. Especially the big lady who is sitting behind the front desk. She was rude & not welcome patients. The other Hispanic staffs had the same attitudes. They must follow their supervisor. Doctors should not let their customers leaving to other places because of those unprofessional staffs.
