Dr. Jamie Ngo and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. So much so all of my child have been patience of Dr.Ngo & now my grandchild is as well. With a child with severe health conditions Dr.Ngo has always gone above and beyond to double check all treatment options & even as far as reaching out to my child’s other specialist to make sure they are all on the same page. Both of my kids see Dr. Ngo, and as a parent, I really appreciate a doctor’s office that respects my time and doesn’t keep me waiting forever at every visit. She is straightforward, efficient, and gets things done. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy right away. I also needed a form completed recently, and I was able to email it to the office and had it back the same day. It may not be a perfect office, but it works well for our family, and that means a lot.

That viet Jamie Ngo is the worst! Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, utterly ignorant, oblivious, incompetent, completely inept. I can go on and on. First off, like several mentioned in their reviews, the reception was not friendly, don’t greet you when you walk in, you have to say hello? to get their attention. Which is absurd to begin with.
