Sitting in the Emergency Room because my 96 year old, blind father was brought in by ambulance and is sitting on a stretcher in the hall and they won't let me back there. This place is a cluster, the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The check in desk basically told me it was against hospital policy. This is a disgrace. I did finally find a very kind nurse named Ann who at least went back and talked to my dad for me.
3rd time my Mama has been admitted to Gainesville hospital... I have to praise to green tower 4th floor y'all are amazing.... But this time she is in the organe tower 5th floor room 5447... Everything was going great till this morning when the nurse Judy and tech nurse Aissel come in.... The powned me mom off on each other and refuse to take care of her needs.... Had to get other nurses from the unit to help my mom.... Worst experience I have ever had in this hospital... Due to this experience she no longer wants to stay at ... read more
