The labor and delivery nurses were incredible. There’s apparently only one anesthesiologist because they got called into an emergency csection which left me waiting for two hours for my epidural. My nurses were frantically trying to help and skipped their lunches for me. The experience in mother baby was abysmal. The first nurse told me I didn’t need help getting around (I did eventually get the epidural so I did need help). Horrible experience. I cannot believe how RUDE the front desk woman is on the OBGYN side. How can she treat patients the way that she does and still have a job? I could not believe the way she talked to the woman who came in after me. The person to her right witnessed it and said nothing. This is the person who - when you get off the elevator and go to the desk - the person sitting all the way to the right (or the one sitting all the way to the left if you are in her seat facing the elevators) She was EXTREMELY rude to me as... read more
Absolutely terrible treatment , the nurses are awful, the midwives don’t care about you or anyone else, and are extremely negligent.
