MOU please do better!! My aunt had emergency surgery and we were forgot about after the surgery as they knew we were in the wait room and her nurse saids, oh we thought y'all left. Nope we sure didn’t! Needless to say if we had went home we would have let you know! So she’s in her room and let me specify she has NO phone in her room. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous more than 4 hours when someone is in pain and my sister still wasn’t seen we ended up leaving she had so many people come after seen before her we asked multiple times and were told she would be shortly called never happened felt highly discriminated
I already shared my horrible experience in the ER. It must have been removed. They treat you from the waiting room,minimal testing and an abnormally long wait. There was a man violently vomiting for 3 hours and they did nothing. I would not take my dog here. HORRIBLE. It is a shame what medical care has come to today.
