Shocking behaviour from Gem & Vicky at NG Farah, misled and lack of communication throughout the lease. Called us to say the owner needed to move in and offered to help us find somewhere to live (9 weeks into the lease). We then found somewhere else to live and were told we were breaking the lease! We lost the deposit on the new property we were forced to find. 2 months later we’re finally out and still had to pay a break of lease despite the owner still wanting to move in.
