This poorly ran business from 8 hours away came to our town and is extremely inconsiderate to the locals. It's been years since you destroyed a half block here and hauled in a giant pile of dirt to blow in the wind of the Sandhills. This company is breaking multiple city ordinances. Due to their incompetence they are not to be trusted.
My company was hired by NGC as a subcontractor and getting paid for the work that we have done has been a nightmare. Initially, as the contract was unclear, the project manager stated that payments would be sent out on a net 30-45 day period. This has not been true as the earliest that I have received payment from any of my invoiced dates has been 92 days. I was complete with my scopes and contract before I was paid even a penny. This company has been destroying a several block radius in my town for a couple years now. After a half block sized property was purchased here in the middle of town, they proceeded to strip the land down to silt, and have done nothing to prevent wind erosion. In two years, they've made little to no progess on this building project.
