We live next door to the NGC construction site in Chadron NE. This company came here several years ago, tore up a large section of land in the middle of town, and then left a huge pile of silty sand to blow in the wind. This has resulted in ruining local landscapes, and costing us all extra tax dollars to have the city clean up their mess. They have been reported to the city multiple times for violations of city ordinances in relation to weed control. This poorly ran business from 8 hours away came to our town and is extremely inconsiderate to the locals. It's been years since you destroyed a half block here and hauled in a giant pile of dirt to blow in the wind of the Sandhills. This company is breaking multiple city ordinances. Due to their incompetence they are not to be trusted.
My company was hired by NGC as a subcontractor and getting paid for the work that we have done has been a nightmare. Initially, as the contract was unclear, the project manager stated that payments would be sent out on a net 30-45 day period. This has not been true as the earliest that I have received payment from any of my invoiced dates has been 92 days. I was complete with my scopes and contract before I was paid even a penny.
