This company is essentially a middle man between residents and the Board (HOA), however they do not forward emails to the Board in a timely fashion, and sometimes do not forward emails at all. They also did not answer, address, or acknowledge multiple questions I had sent them over a week ago. I emailed NGB a service request on 10/5. I moved into a apart.101 Winnie st Managed by NGB gave me a 3page check list check shower head leads bad sink cogged! after 6months of calls and driving 12miles up to #155 lied to every time fixed it myself!! I think there is no crew or real employees just a couple girls in a little office that just promised things that won't happen! noticed when the lies don't work any more they call other businesses to fix problem y not sent one of those technicians I keep hearing about LOL

You were informed prior to move in that the purpose of a move in checklist is to report existing conditions related to the property you are renting. It is not a list of things that are to be fixed. It is intended to prevent you from being charged for any maintenance items that you did not cause. You were instructed to submit work orders to us via phone, email, or by stopping by our little office.
