My visit today was with Dr. Derek Ng and a hygienist for teeth cleaning. I really like them both because they don't use the scare tactics some other dentists use.
Truly cares about his patients. Will always get you in for an emergency.
I had some work done at western dental a few years ago which left me with not trusting dentist. Decided to give Dr. NG a try. Very glad with his knowledge and making sure I understood everything before it was done. Dr Ng is now my dentist of choice. Very knowledgeable staff being super friendly in the processes. They worked to make sure my insurance was used to benefit me with the least amount out of my pocket.
When asked about having a procedure done on our child, we informed the Dr. we were not interested and he proceeded to do the procedure. I would not recommend that lack of professionalism to anyone.
Excellent work, caring. I would reccomend Dr. ng.
