I did EMDR with Nicole - EMDR is great, but I had a negative experience with Nicole as my therapist. She was late to almost every session which just became the norm. Sarah Hazleton was a great therapist, but the administration is terrible. They did not do their due diligence with my insurance company to ensure that my out of network coverage would actually play out - I got a call after 3 sessions and someone talked around the fact that they had looked at incorrect general information and actually my insurance doesn’t have any mental health coverage at all. Nicole is a wonderful therapist! I have been seeing Nicole for over a year now and she has helped me navigate both the ups and downs of life. I really appreciate how good Nicole is at remembering things I have mentioned in the past, sometimes better than I do. Going into every session I know I am going to have someone there for me to not only listen but help me navigate life's challenges.
