Reception never picks up phone call so it's almost impossible to make an appointment with the doctor himself.
They need to hire a different receptionist, have not encountered anyone with such horrible attitude and lack of professionalism in my life. Not only does she never picks up the phone, when she picks up the phone she always talks down to the person as if the patient is always inconveniencing her. When I got off the phone with her, not even a good bye all she did was "click" and hung up on me.
My advice is to go to a walk in clinic instead because I believe they are closed down. My dad has tried to call many times over this month, it has been difficult to the point we decided to try twice in making an appointment in person, but the door both times was locked and the lights were also off during business hours.
