Dr Ng is amazing. She always spends exactly as much time with me as I need-- no more, no less. I can be completely honest with her and she is thorough and kind with me. I've never ever ever had any complaints.

Excellent doctor and Dr. Ng actually saved my life literally. The staff members were most courteous to me at all times. Have recommended others to her and they have in-turn reported satisfaction overall.
Frankly, not a great doctor. She did not properly ensure that my immunization form was completed, and now the process has become much more complicated. She even took the form from me, making it hard to ensure it was being done properly myself. The staff at her location are helpful and knowledgable, which makes the experience better. She also just casually mentioned incredibly serious diseases I may have with no real concern for what to do thereafter. I would not recommend to anyone. Dr. NG is wonderful. Takes a lot of time with you to really understand your symptoms and health concerns. Never rushed. Also believes you, but will look for alternative ways to treat you if what you've tried isn't working. She won't hurridly throw drugs at you just to treat symptoms, but really considers what your body may need to get you better. Best doctor I've ever had hands down.

Dr. Ng was wonderful. Took her time and really educated me. I plan on making this office my location and Dr. Ng my doctor. The front office was extremely friendly and a well-oiled machine. I even commented when I left what a great experience I had.
The staff is curt. There are routinely scheduling errors. There is never the same nurse on any visit. Staff is notorious for leaving curt voice messages. Attempts to contact are often met with busy phones, put on hold. Dr. Ng is a kind doctor, soft spoken, probably a good doctor. Staff is distracted, no sense of getting to know a patient.
Dr. Ng is very professional and informative along with very caring!!!!!!
