I ordered food from NG Cafe multiple times through delivery. Unfortunately, every time the wait was extremely long — often 1 hour 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. Even worse was the attitude of the staff. The young employees were visibly angry and rude. Even with contactless delivery, the disrespect was noticeable. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was consistent. Avoid this place! I came here for a pickup/delivery order, and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. They took forever to hand over the food. But the worst part is the staff. The young people working here are incredibly rude, bitter, and antisocial. It feels like they have zero personal life and are completely miserable, so they take out their anger and frustration on regular customers and delivery drivers. Their attitude is pathetic. Do not waste your time or money on a place that treats people like garbage.
We were visiting Austin for a weekend and ate here both days because it was so good!
