I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. After dropping my car off, it sat for over a week without even being inspected or updated on. While waiting, I personally observed careless handling of customer vehicles, including a mechanic repeatedly slamming a hood shut before moving a car out of the garage. Don’t take the risk pay a dealer or certified ship or have to buy a new car…
The worst service ever. Horrible communication. They take the job with uncertified mechanics and break parts in the car. They will keep the car for months and don’t tell you updates. But want to charge for what they did and didn’t do. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are petty don’t want to talk to you when they are wrong. Want to give you the run around. I’m pursuing legal action against them for the damages and for what was not fixed but paid for.
