The wait times here are abysmal. After you check in, plan on sitting for at least an hour without anyone seeing you. Staff is not too friendly either.
Doctor was rude and unprofessional. Found his demeanor offensive. Body shamed me instead of taking care of me as a patient. Left there in tears and even further stressed than before I arrived and I sat there for 3 hours for this 🤬
My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. I returned a week later and was met with a gaggle of disrespectful and petty staff members. The registrar butchered my name so I corrected her. She continued to repeat my name to obviously be petty and condescending.I called her out so she passed me off to someone else who only speaks petty. Surprise, surprise. Me and my mom were here on a Sunday in January of 2011 and we had to wait for about 45 minutes to almost an hour and they were very patient, kind, and helpful to us when we had the flu. They treated us very well and I recommend this place for anyone who gets the cold or flu.
Everyone was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Nurse Margeret is a pleasure and so sweet.
