I have only been working out a few times and I have already witnessed how NFQ gym deserves 5 stars. The owner Russ is very responsive, understanding and concerned with the limitations and hesitation I presented after having been diagnosed by hip and knee issues. I was assigned to coach Jacques who is very knowledgeable and is very particular and detailed oriented in how I can address my concerns towards full recovery while at the same time providing a total body fitness routine.
