I have only been working out a few times and I have already witnessed how NFQ gym deserves 5 stars. The owner Russ is very responsive, understanding and concerned with the limitations and hesitation I presented after having been diagnosed by hip and knee issues. I was assigned to coach Jacques who is very knowledgeable and is very particular and detailed oriented in how I can address my concerns towards full recovery while at the same time providing a total body fitness routine. First time there, went for drop in boot camp, it’s a bit far from me but needed to stay consistent and I saw the great reviews and totally agree. Russ is awesome, very encouraging, and meets you where you’re at.
