Great Service and rates
Wait times are atrocious. They literally make millions in profits but can’t hire more people to answer calls. I’ve always waited more than 1 hr on hold. I switched companies..Good riddance!
The team is not professional mainly Kate and Laura i am not happy with them. On phone we got agree for different number and by email k got different. And now I am contacting them but sadly not getting any proper answer and they are asking me to connect with support.
