Whew child where do I start. No one, and I mean NO ONE returns phone calls. I was told that I could get a loan through up front underwriting. I have the credentials, the only thing is I travel nurse. Prior to going into full underwriting, they told me I was GUARANTEED a loan at the interest rate that my prior loan company changed. So I basically canceled a legit guaranteed loan for this company. This poor service cost my client $2000+!!! $2000+ $2000+ $2000+ hard earned American dollars! The agent is highly unprofessional and does not handle position well. Would not recommend. Runnnnn!

RecommendedI am a first time home buyer with a lot of questions. Andy and his team have been extremely responsive and go out of their way to make sure all my questions are answered. They have been great to work with. I thought I would only be approved for an FHA loan and they helped me quickly qualify for a conventional loan and get down payment assistance. RecommendedAustin did an exceptional job and made the loan process easy. I had a competing offer late in the process, which Austin matched, then still pushed my application quickly through. You receive emails with videos explaining where your loan is in the process which is a nice value-add. Be honest with him and he’ll take great care of you.
Their loan officers are crazy apparently.

NFM Lending was the biggest headache of my adult life. Terrible communication, sloppy paperwork, and a complete lack of respect for time. Almost lost out on our home because the seller did not want to do business with NFM.
