Does not take proper care of their homes. Homes are in poor condition when your year lease is up if you decide to stay, they add everybody back to the lease without your signature, which is not OK as some people may not live there and may not agree to the terms of another year lease. Which they did to me I do not live in the home. I did not sign a new year lease, but they added me anyway the only reason I realized was because I got an email stating rent was due. This is fraud and scandalous of this company.
Chase and his team do a great job managing my property! They are extremely responsive and communicative. Highly recommend NFI for property management services!
