DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ! They are scammers ! Their properties are in POORR condition and they do not accommodate! They deleted my last review because they knew they were wrong ! They put balances on you for moving out when they don’t fix anything i stayed in my apartment over a year with a toddler with NO HEAT AND NO STOVE ! I have PROOF OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING! But proceeded to put a balance on my background after i moved out they are greedy and incompetent
I truly love NFI & their staff! Their expertise and work ethics are top notch. I’m very grateful that they took my HOA on. They work diligently at collecting past due assessments which has helped with our operational budget. Monthly reports are always on time to the board.
