Very unprofessional. My daughter made an appointment and the stylist, if that’s what you want to label her was LATE. If the client is late then a stylist will usually cancel. She should have been refunded. Also how do you charge extra for a trim and then half ass do the job. UNPROFESSIONAL
Jaquetta did a great job with my brows and she's very friendly!
Came in she got to me in a timely manner did amazing did better than the photo that I was going for for a hair style. Would definitely recommend and go again too.
