I liked the program and it could have been helpful had things I couldn't see at the time been caught by the professionals. I did CBT here a few years ago. I think I stopped in 2017, my memory is foggy from back then. I went to my meetings once a week like I was supposed to. I then started to go into what I didn't know at the time was psychosis. One of the early warning signs of psychosis is withdrawaling and bad. I first did from my friends, and the councillor knew that. I then slowly withdrawaled from Nexus all together. Sl... read more
