DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I paid my rent in full every month prior to the due date. I turned my keys in 10 days prior to my lease being up, and they are charging me for quitting my lease early. The rent had already been paid for the year. They are also charging me more then double for my last month of water, which I was only present for 3 out of the 4 weeks. My significant other and I applied to live at a residence that Nexus manages. We were going through the process of the application and sending documents when I suddenly received an email stating my application had been denied. I had only been able to email in half of our information prior to receiving this. I called and spoke with Arika and she stated that my SO had an eviction. Thieves. I’ve had insurance in place for 3 years and in year 3 they started charging me $40 / month for no insurance. Called them out after and they only gave me back 2 months , said it was “policy”. I didn’t sign your “policy”. I signed a legal and binding lease. See you in court :-)
