Don't waste your money applying with these people. They'll take your $50, wait 4 days to deny your app, and won't tell you why. That's what they did to me. Scam.
The office staff of running creek and nexus are "friends" or scammers together. They will choose to fine you over whatever they feel like, even to the point the office lady Christy went off on a bunch of school children, when brought up to nexus the receptionist will give you a run around and act like you as the client is the problem, save yourself the hassle find a different company to deal with!

While living at Mitchell's Park Apartments I had great neighbors and the apartments themselves were ok. The management is the WORST I've ever had to deal with, and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this place. Maintenance just came into my apartment one day while I was showering with no notice. They wanted to paint the ceiling from a previous repair and when I said something to the property manager she told me it was an "emergency".
