Would not recommend this builder for your home. The customer service is good before closing and they are very responsive, but the quality of the home is not worth the premium you will pay. We closed from out of state and would caution against anyone considering to do the same. If you are not on top of them prior to close you will be severely disappointed. If you love the community, go to DR Horton. The quality is the same but you will save tens of thousands of dollars.
