I chose Pedicure #3 specifically because the menu and website stated that it included a shoulder massage. Before the service even started, I asked the technician if the shoulder massage was included, and she confirmed that it was. I also came with my daughter, and she also paid for Pedicure #3. I stopped by trying to try a different place. Walked in the esthetic was nice. Very nice staff as well. I was seated promptly. However once the nail tech started on me it seemed as she buffed my nails with sand paper. And then then shiny buffed the nail. Did not remove the ridges. Another tech had to come to do it, and he still didn’t do a great job. I left and went elsewhere to them done. I don’t wear acrylic or anything like that so I’m not sure why it was so difficult. Sugar is the best nail tech! She’s really nice and friendly, and she always takes great care of me. Her massage skills are amazing and very professional. I highly recommend Sugar when you come to Nexus Nail.
