They lied about pricing and color. When I asked for a light pink they gave me a cheap bright pink that looks horrible and refused to change it to a lighter color.
Bad service They are not hygienic They don’t clean the cuticle, they just cut the nails and file very abruptly I asked for a design in French and in the end they told me they couldn’t do it
Kim took great care of me and I love love my nails, great customer service
