I haven’t had such a great experience working with people like these in a long time! I have been looking for assistance in repairing my security gate and hitting walls with so many companies. Nexus was responsive and helpful. Genuinely cared about my time and concerns. My gate was repaired in days from first contact. Months of agony fixed in days. And they stayed with it to make sure I was happy. And stayed in contact. I will only work with them now. Thank you all!

John visited a few of my office locations to price out security systems for us. He was able to answer all of my questions and reassured me they would be able to do exactly what we needed. So excited to work with someone who is well-versed on the project and what needs to be done after interviewing other companies that didn't have the same level of knowledge. Highly recommend John and Nexus for anyone looking for a solid company to install their monitoring systems.

John Diamante Honan, Field Manager for Nexus LVS, visited our CubeSmart Store #5195 on 1/17/2002 in Teaneck, NJ, and did a fantastic job of repairing our Calypso music box. He located the problem immediately and had it repaired in a flash. He then made sure we understood how to regulate the volume. He was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
