I’m very disappointed with Nexus Logistic Service. My daughter sent several boxes to Sri Lanka, and it took an unreasonably long time to arrive. I also tried contacting their Sri Lankan partner, Laksiri Seva, many times, but no one answered my calls or responded from any of their centres. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their service based on what we went through. Communication and customer support need serious improvement.
Love the honesty, sent a shipment and I understand sometimes there is unforeseeable circumstances especially weather conditions which can cause delays but I appreciate the positivity and the updates that have come with the customer service during this shipment, keep up the good work!
