I’ve been out of town all week for work and needed a place to train and stay sharp before my Jiu Jitsu World League competition this Saturday. I dropped in at Nexus in Folsom on Monday and had such a great experience that I ended up coming back every day after that. We’ve visited almost every jiu-jitsu gym in our area, and we chose Nexus because of the coaching staff and the training structure. The way Andrew and Elisha explain techniques and drill them is the best I’ve seen. Honestly, parents sitting on the benches and watching the classes probably learn jiu-jitsu themselves over time. Our kid loves it. We love it. This place is great. We talk about it at home all the time. If you want to do jiu jitsu or have a kid who wants to do jiu jitsu you should come here.
Absolutely love it here!!!!!!!!!!! I have been doing jujitsu about 3-4 years now but have always been at Gracie barra. I have just moved to Folsom, California not long ago and had been looking for another jujitsu gym since I got here but I couldn’t really find something that stood out to me.
