Horrible customer service. Went in at 1:39 and was told to return at 3 because they would go to lunch at 2! I am (will no longer be) a current customer and only needed a shot that takes less than 5 mins to be given especially when there is no other customer in office. Maybe they should close from 1:30-3 since they need a get ready for lunch break!
I like this place I started going last month on march 10,2022 for the first time just to try it out with a friend I was 199 and finish my first month. So they weight me in order to start my second month and I was super surprised I was 188 so far this place has helped me so much thanks the lady in the front desk is so wonderful kind and explain ever step and the nurse she has a soft hand that I don’t even feel when she gives me the shot thanks ladies
Assistant are always so kind. They remember you and take care of patient care rapidly and accurately.
