What was promised to me — intensive therapy, trauma-informed care, structured support — was not what we received. This company is horrible, my information was hack by my coworkers, I reported the information immediately to my director, I received the wrong paperwork for orientation, there is no chance for improvement with this company because no one will train the next person. The computer system was the worst i ever seen, it wasn't user-friendly. The job was very easy to do, however, the employees didn't take pride with doing there job correctly. I’m so thankful to them because they provided support and love to my son until DFS shared the custody with me, then I was able to bring him back home.
