Our technician came out on the scheduled time frame, called and told me when he was on his way and when to expect him. It turned out there were two problems with the door which he fixed promptly and tested the door opener to make sure all was functioning properly. I had Nexus Garage Door Repair Co. to my house for an opener issue. I was all ready to have the opener replaced as it’s given me a bunch of problems over the years. Kim didn’t have a replacement opener on his truck so an order was placed. When he returned a few days later he had been thinking about my opener and the issues it was giving me. Their technicians Kim and his colleague were not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly and courteous. We recently had a fairly bad failure and he came out and was able to get it repaired quickly and offered some changes to our routine maintenance to help the door operate longer and quieter.
