This place was chaotic at times, but overall there were genuine people who wanted to help. And I am doing much better (: I still think about this place from time to time and I appreciate everything the staff did, I hope this place continues to improve and helps more people (:

Personally the only people that cared at this place were the ycps and youth our therapists barely knew us and they've had only one successful discharge since end of November, Consistency is key and this place has no consistency that causes many youth escalations and a lot of escalations leads to therapists and higher ups saying the place isnt meant for people like "us" honestly I miss this place just because of the relationships I built with my peers and YCP's - Clay P. i am traumatized from this place. there have been child predators that worked there, a man who performed "exorcisms" on struggling kids, constantly understaffed to the point where the "stable" kids had to help with holds and co-regulating. that shouldn't be our job. i was bedridden for at least a week while being there, with pneumonia, coughing up black goop, and i wasn't taken to the hospital until i threatened to walk there myself. my parents were not contacted and told of my sickness, i thought they had known, but i guess... read more

Do not recommend. Feels like they are only in it for the money. In the beginning, I was hardly communicated with. Only after they had me fill out a survey on "how they're doing" and I gave terrible feedback did they start contacting me more. They allow dangers like glass because it's "too expensive" to fix, well, kids are literally eating the glass so I'm pretty sure it's worth it, if you truly cared anyway. Horrible place to send your kids unsafe environment for both youth and staff constantly understaffed un professional holds and lack of actual caring staff members my wife is deaf and they hardly ever get interpretors for her and the mistreatment of kids makes this a unbearable place for my kid to live in my kid has been here for 9 months and they keep making excuses for her to stay here they milk out insurance hold people here for longer they don't care the supervisors and clinical team don't care what therapist have to say ... read more
