Well, let me start by saying Stephanie has completely changed my life. I could never thank her enough for the care that she has given. I have been going to Nexus counseling for over two years now the staff is so wonderful and so friendly. I have never had Problems with appointments they have always been so prompt and so awesome !! So thank you nexus staff for everything!! Keep up the wonderful work of changing lives!!
I have been using Nexus Counseling services for over a year and a half now. The reason I keep coming back is because they provide excellent service, my medication refills are always on time and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
Nexus Counseling managed to turn basic mental health care into a full-time stressor. Weeks of miscommunication, canceled appointments no one told me about, providers forgetting sessions, wrong medications being sent to pharmacy, zero accountability, and absolutely no leadership available when you ask for help. When I finally confronted them, they suggested I get a new provider - which tells you everything you need to know. Hard pass. Do not recommend.

Nexus Counseling services are amazing, I’ve been Doing sessions with my therapist for about two years and she’s honestly An amazing and caring person. i’m so grateful to have had the therapist that I had, I hope everyone enjoys the same experience.
