I had a very frustrating experience with the office management at Nexus. Despite the importance of the services they provide, the administrative side is disorganized and unprofessional. I dealt with multiple billing errors that were never properly addressed. It’s hard to focus on mental health when the logistics of the office cause more stress than they solve. I would not recommend this clinic if you value professional communication.
From the very beginning, I felt deeply validated and affirmed in my experiences at Nexus. The counselors here create such a safe, supportive environment where I felt truly seen, heard, and understood. I always felt genuinely cared for as a person, not just another client. Because of that, I was able to be vulnerable in ways I hadn’t felt safe to be before. This experience has been incredibly meaningful and healing, and I’m so grateful for the care I received.

Military families beware. Mental health is not the priority at this establishment. Our child is an established patient seeing a provider contracted with TRICARE for services. Seven hours before a scheduled appointment, we were abruptly informed that our child could not be seen unless we agreed to self-pay due to the ongoing government shutdown.
