This is not a good place to leave your Children, most of the Nurses provide genuine care and care about the kids. However, Administrators do not, nor do the Coordinators or CNAs. They treat the patients like second class citizens and are usually the cause of behavior outburst from patients. No evidence based practice used here just yelling at kids all day, putting them down and just looking for reasons to discipline the children. They use fear tactics to get patients to loose weight instead of evidence based practice.
