nexus building in lakeworth is a horrible building ...dont rent from them the stole 3000 for a sprinker that the building installed for the building... they are slum loads where water was leaking from ceiling for a year and air conditioner would go out almost every year and they would blame the tenant for the buildings incompetence ...DONT RENT FROM THEM U WILL REGRET IT !!!
