These people are the biggest ripoff artists in the business, I contacted to have my car transport home from Florida in early March.They told me I would be contacted 24 to 48 hours before pick up. I paid extra to have it picked up on an exact date4/25/22 as I was flying out the next day. I contacted them to see when the car was being picked up and the told me it was in process. I very much recommend Nexus Auto Transport if anyone is looking for auto transport. Terrific squad! Terrific company! In order to get my Jeep to Vermont, I called them and they pulled through on all levels. I decided to ship a covered truck with my car for extra protection. It was scheduled to arrive in a few days and was expected to arrive at its destination in around 4-5 days. Nice job keeping to the timetable! I'm genuinely thankful.

This was my first shipment of a car and it was very smooth. Nexus Auto Transport immediately sent me an email with the quotation and any contractual paperwork required and had the ability to respond to any queries or issues. The driver was in constant touch with me, giving updates, and he was kind, professional, and had my car in great shape. I have no grievances. I have no complaints.

I was getting ready to move a few days ago, looking everywhere for a good car transportation company, but their reviews were just bad. It felt like I was going nowhere and was going to be stuck driving or trying to sell the car myself. Luckily I found Nexus Auto Transport. They explained the entire shipping process to the point that I fully understood what to expect and what I had to do and they took the time to explain and clarify if I didn't understand anything.

We were able to rely on Nexus Auto Transport to find suitable transport any time we had to move company cars from one place to another. It usually involves picking up vehicles at a hotel and transporting them to another hotel in another state. We have never had any reports concerning issues with any carriers from any hotel workers. Thank you, Nexus Auto Transport for always being so awesome always.

A very courteous and competent driver who thoroughly inspected it and noticed any existing marks, dents, etc., picked up the vehicle to ensure that nothing new was applied during transport. To our surprise the driver then made outstanding time to the destination and a few days earlier than we expected, he was able to drop the car off. We will certainly use these guys again! Thanks and keep up the outstanding work.

I had our two vehicles shipped from the west coast to the east coast and had a great experience with this business! I'd been a little worried because it's been such a long trip, their driver was great! I've been able to keep in touch with him all the time.

Great service, driver was very attentive to the state of the car and took a lot of pictures and shared with me in email, customer service was very detailed in setup and follow-up, very new website and email correspondence.
