I stayed here for more than 2.5 years in a studio at building B-317. Mine was at top floor and every year during fall, winter and spring water used to leak from ceiling. Maintenance people come home and cut open the ceiling and complete it after 15-20 days. I had to suffer a lot with cold air peeping in from the hole. They Management neither compensated me nor gave me alternate option. They price highly but never maintained the apartments very well. Nightmare to me and my family. I love living at Nexus! Such a great location, amazing staff and very friendly maintenance crew. They are also spending a lot of money on upgrades, it's soon to be even better. I have lived there for 4 years and plan on resigning my lease again this year.
New staff, new feel! Nothing but the best for the best!
They need new signs. I parked in a slot that had no signage at all and was towed tonight. Nexus apartments and Titan towing have a shady deal going where they put a tiny sign up. Other parking slots have real signs. Boycott the Nexus completely in my opinion. Never going back...
Wonder BBQ pool area with fireplace for cold nights. Staff was pleasant and helpful!
