Mr Heil was the worst appraiser I've ever dealt with. A very rude, angry man that seems to think it's okay to call his clients stupid and yell at them on the phone when they have a question. Then, out of spite, he starts being nitpicking in his report. Not clearing a property because a room is not painted is simply rediculous.

I retained the services of Nexus Analytix to provide an appraisal I could use to audit/review the appraisal of one of my employees that was in dispute. Mr. Heil provided me with a well documented report that I was able to use to resolve the issues in dispute within the specified time frame. I found him cordial, business-like and accommodating.
