I really enjoyed touring the property with Shatarra, who was nothing but helpful, along with Bethany. They were both great in assisting me with any questions I had and made the experience very smooth and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I can confidently say this is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in so far in Charlotte. The location is perfect right by I-485 and surrounded by so many great food spots, which makes everyday life really convenient. What truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. This place is a total scam — don’t trust the management for a second. They act all friendly, give you a warm welcome and a tour, and push you to sign a lease within 48 hours with a “deal” like one month free. But the second you say you’re ready, they jack up the price — in my case, over $100 — claiming “market daily pricing.” This is outrageous and completely misleading. Showing one price to lure people in, then increasing it overnight, is dishonest and feels like a trap to rip tenants off. Management, get your act together ... read more
