This company collected a debt for me that was almost 7 years old. I reached out to other companies and nothing was ever done but as soon as I handed the account to Nexum Group I was paid within days! If that's not someone fulfilling their duties and services I don't know what is. Thanks again guys and as always if anything comes up in the future, you'll be sure to get my business.

Non-performers. They avoid contact because they are slackers. I have a lot of money sunk into this case and am receiving lip service - no action.

How could we avoid contact and give you lip service Gary? If you call in, you get an update every time. Your debtor moves jobs and we have been trying to get a garnishment going for over 4 months to no avail, meaning we haven't made money either. Now we have to wear the black eye for your debtor not paying you. Kelly has called and emailed you multiple times to try and speak so communication is there. We have been using Nexum Group INC over the past 6 months. As a company, we have used multiple collection agencies but none of them have done a great job like Nexum has. They keep us updated with the amount of money we are receive every month. They are always making sure they are fulfilling our expectations. I would recommend this company 100%!
