Not only did he show up on time he was actually early excellent service explained everything gave choices of what you wanted to do. Don’t find that much around anymore. Did a great job overall would definitely call him back if I needed it.
Doug provides excellent customer service, quickly responding to a maintenance request and fixing up my previously installed AC free of charge. He’s responsive and thorough - would definitely recommend!
Called Doug on a Friday and he came out within an hour. It was determined that our 12 yr. Old A/C and coil were done. His crew came back on the next Tuesday and installed the new system in 8 hours and it works great! I highly recommend Doug and NextWave .
Doug did a great job on fixing the clog in the condensation pipe. He was timely, efficient & so clean. Reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend his services.
