This is definitely the best billing service in the Philadelphia area and possibly the country. They have the data and experience to deliver real-time answers to their clients. As their name implies, they think of their clients as “us”. Lou is our direct account manager and he makes sure to be available day, nights and weekends to accommodate. Excellent service through and through.
Nextus has everything a billing company should offer and more, the staff here are wonderful always in a pleasant welcoming mood, they contact you daily and are always available to be contacted. As a business owner I take pride in my work and from my point of view I can tell they share the same mentality. Where most big corporations fall short Nextus doesn't, no matter how major or minor the obstacle, Lou and his team will go to any lengths to make sure they get it done.
