Bad experience. Brought in 8 Coach purses, 3 Rock Revival jeans, and various Maurices and Buckle tops. I was told that you have to be there at 10 am in order to get cash versus store credit and that they usually run out of money in 15 minutes. I said ok no problem, I will come back tomorrow. I was told even if I am there when they open they probably will run out of cash and store credit is the only option. First off the worker was very rude and her attitude was uncalled for. The employee was incredibly rude. Her name is Alisha . When I said hello she literally rolled her eyes at me not once but twice. I tried to ask for help and she ignored me then walked away. It’s difficult for me to comprehend how someone like this even has a job.

Have never had any issues until today. Went to sell. Got out of my car and was walking to the door with my things, and the girl at the counter RAN to the door to put up the "please come back tomorrow" sign. I understand not taking anymore for the day due to overstock, and too much to look through....but how unprofessional. Have the decency to say hey Inwas just about to hang our sign up, we are done taking clothes for the day. Guess I will stick to Platos Closet where common courtesy is actually common

Very poor customer service , every other person in the store treated very nice but me , very snotty women working there .

I have always liked coming here. Tonight I was disappointed. Drove 30 minutes to come here. Arrived at 6:35pm and was told they were not buying any more tonight that I could come back in the morning. So now have to do the drive again.
